Returns and exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition and packaging that you received it. Gift cards are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and applied based on your original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days of the refund approval, please first check with your bank account and credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve checked with your bank and/or credit card company and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you need a different size. We will process and ship the exchanged product after receiving and processing the original product at our warehouse. Depending on where you live, the time may vary, for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Exchanges are also offered free of charge.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue the refund in store credit to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified of your return.
